David started our farm in 1985 as a 4-H Project raising hogs and stocker calves.  Then he started brood cows all while going to school at Auburn University.  He Graduated with a Bachelors Degree in Animal and Dairy Science in 1998.  He then went to work as the store manager of the Madison County Co-op.  Then I came along and he had his work cut out for him teaching this Pastors Kid the farm life.  I must have gotten it because he asked me to marry him.  We were married in 2000. Now I love the farm life and am still learning how important this world needs good farmers.  I appreciate more today the role that agriculture plays in our lives by the hard work that it requires to the fact that our food is the highest quality and cheapest in the world.

We began our family when Savannah Grace was born in 2002.  "Little cyclone", as her Great-grandfather calls her and it fits her well.  In 2005 Kaiya Ashae came into our lives and in 2006 Darah Nichole was added to our growing family of girls.  In raising our girls we know how important it is to give them the values of the farm and it's signifcance in not just our lives but the world.

We hope this website will help your family understand how the farm can help you live and eat better.
Julie and I have three children, Savannah (9), Kaiya (6) and Darah (5).  They enjoy spending time on the farm and helping daddy.
