This is an article that was sent to me from a good friend. Often times we hear interviews or read articles about our food supply industry through actors, news reports or groups that have a vested interest or frankly have very little knowledge of what they are speaking of. Their views and opinions get adopted by many, even though they have no expert knowledge or have not taken the time to fully understand what they are speaking of. This article is written by a nutritionist that is well educated and accredited in the health, fitness and food arena. His perspective is very interesting and his conclusion is even more interesting.
